Changes the age threshold for "adult" from 17 to 18 years old and correspondingly changes "child" to mean anyone under 18 (rather than under 17) in Missouri's order of protection statutes

Requires service of process for ex parte protection orders involving respondents under 18 to be made upon a custodial parent, guardian, or court-appointed guardian ad litem

Mandates transfer of protection order cases to juvenile court for a full hearing when an ex parte order is entered against a respondent under 18 years of age

Applies the age threshold change to both domestic violence protection orders (Section 455.035) and child protection orders (Section 455.513)
