Expands unlawful occupant removal procedures from "residential dwellings" to all "private noncommercial property," allowing property owners to use expedited court processes to remove squatters from vacant land, structures, and other non-residential properties

Adds "authorized agent" definition to include executors, administrators, trustees, and verified heirs, enabling them to file verified petitions on behalf of property owners

Requires courts to hold hearings within 48 hours of filing a verified petition for removal of unlawful occupants, with immediate ex parte orders taking effect upon entry

Makes violation of an ex parte removal order a class A misdemeanor and expands the criminal mischief statute (Section 569.200) to cover unlawful occupation of any private noncommercial property, not just residential dwellings

Provides civil remedies for persons wrongfully removed, including restored possession, actual damages, $1,000 statutory damages, and court costs, while shielding property owners and sheriffs from liability for property damage during lawful removals
