Creates new offense of "tampering with an election official" for actions intended to harass or intimidate election officials performing their duties, including threatening harm, using force or deception, pressuring officials to violate election law, stalking, or engaging in alarming conduct

Prohibits disseminating personal information of election officials or their family members, including home addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, and identities of children under 18

Defines "election official" broadly to include election authorities, election judges, and other volunteers or employees of election authorities

Classifies the offense as a class one election offense, elevated to a class B felony if the violation results in death or bodily injury to an election official or family member

Protections extend to family members of election officials, not just the officials themselves
