Creates new criminal offense for disclosing AI-generated or digitally manipulated intimate images ("deepfakes") of identifiable individuals without consent, when done with intent to harass or with knowledge it will cause harm

Classifies actual disclosure as a class D felony, with threats to disclose as a class E felony

Elevates penalties to class C felony for repeat offenses or when depictions could affect government proceedings, elections, foreign relations, or facilitate violence

Prohibits use of disclaimers as a defense (stating the image was fake or unauthorized does not protect the offender)

Shields interactive computer service providers from liability when they voluntarily act in good faith to restrict access to such content or provide technical means for others to do so
