Appropriates funds for the Missouri Department of Revenue and Department of Transportation for fiscal year July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027

Allocates approximately $41.2 million to the Department of Revenue for tax collection, motor vehicle licensing, and a new driver licensing computer system

Provides $1.995 billion (estimated) from General Revenue for tax refunds due to overpayments or erroneous payments

Appropriates approximately $2.48 billion for highway construction programs, including $136 million annually for I-70 improvements (up to $1.4 billion in bonds) and $44 million annually for I-44 projects (up to $363.75 million in bonds)

Funds multimodal transportation including $83.45 million for aviation improvements, $70+ million for transit programs, $18 million for passenger rail service, and $21 million for waterway and port development
