Appropriates funds for Missouri's Department of Agriculture, Department of Natural Resources, and Department of Conservation for fiscal year July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027

Department of Agriculture receives approximately $85 million total, including $16.2 million for the Office of the Director, $5.1 million for Agriculture Business Development, $11 million for Division of Animal Health, $7.2 million for Missouri State Fair operations, and $6 million for Clarendon Road relocation and construction

Department of Natural Resources receives over $2.5 billion total, with major allocations including $1.895 billion for water infrastructure grants and loans, $122.7 million for energy efficiency programs, $119.6 million for State Parks operations, and $72 million for soil and water conservation programs

Department of Conservation receives $251.5 million from the Conservation Commission Fund for habitat management ($53.8 million), fish and wildlife management ($51.4 million), recreation management ($27.3 million), education and communication ($24.6 million), and business services ($64.3 million)

Includes transfers to various special funds including $360,000 to the Veterinary Student Loan Payment Fund, $20 million to the Multipurpose Water Resource Program Fund, and $9 million from the Utility Revolving Fund to General Revenue
