Appropriates funds for Missouri's Department of Economic Development, Department of Commerce and Insurance, and Department of Labor and Industrial Relations for fiscal year July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027

Allocates $1.76 billion for broadband grants, with provisions permanently barring providers from future state/federal broadband funding if they default on more than 20% of obligated serviceable locations

Provides $36.9 million for Missouri Supplemental Tax Increment Financing projects including Branson Landing, Kansas City East Village, St. Louis Innovation District, and the National Geospatial Agency West

Funds $70 million for Workers' Compensation Second Injury Fund claims, $150 million for tort victim compensation payments, and $27 million for community college workforce training programs

Includes $67.9 million for the State Small Business Credit Initiative and $6.5 million for Missouri Housing Trust Fund affordable housing grants and loans
