Appropriates over $1.1 billion to the Missouri Disaster Fund for alleviating distress from disasters, with $186 million transferred to the Disaster Relief Fund

Funds law enforcement programs including $2 million for law enforcement academy scholarships, $10 million for local law enforcement equipment/training grants (with 35% minimum to third class counties), and $5 million for fentanyl/narcotics testing at schools
