Appropriates $4.27 million for the Governor's Office and Mansion operations, plus $4 million for National Guard emergency duties and $30,000 for special audits for fiscal year 2027 (July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027)

Allocates $16.5 million to the Lieutenant Governor for the Missouri State Council on the Arts, Missouri Humanities Council, public broadcasting grants, and cultural institution funding including museums commemorating African American history and baseball contributions

Provides $85.3 million to the Secretary of State for operations, election administration ($32.9 million from Election Administration Improvements Fund), public libraries ($4.5 million), library networking ($3.35 million), and initiative/referendum expenses ($8 million)

Funds the judiciary system with approximately $333 million total, including $65.5 million for Circuit Court judge salaries, $24.2 million for State Courts Administrator, $11.98 million for treatment courts, and $96.3 million for the Office of State Public Defender

Appropriates $47 million for the General Assembly operations, including $16.9 million for the Senate, $30 million for the House of Representatives, and $2.4 million for the Committee on Legislative Research
