Appropriates $6,750,000 to the Department of Natural Resources Division of State Parks for capital improvements including design, construction, renovation, water/wastewater improvements, and land purchases at state parks and historic sites

Allocates $40,200,000 to the Department of Conservation for stream and lake access acquisition, land acquisition for wildlife areas and forests, major repairs to buildings and hatcheries, and soil conservation activities

Provides $17,645,032 to the Missouri State Highway Patrol for three facility projects: a maintenance garage ($4,557,900), Troop I Headquarters ($12,202,541), and an Interoperability storage building ($884,591)

Appropriates $35,000,000 from federal funds for design and construction of National Guard facilities statewide

Allocates $680,040 for planning, design, construction, and improvements at Camp Avery under the Department of Social Services
