Missouri state agencies would be prohibited from using the term "West Bank" in official government materials, instead required to use "Judea and Samaria" to refer to territory Israel captured from Jordan during the 1967 Six-Day War

"Judea" would designate land south of Jerusalem; "Samaria" would designate land north of Jerusalem

State funds could not be used to create any official materials using the term "West Bank"

Agency directors may waive the prohibition if they determine it is in the state's interest and submit a written explanation to the president pro tempore of the senate and speaker of the house within 30 days

"Official government material" includes guidance, rules, briefings, press releases, and communications prepared by any state department, division, office, board, commission, or institution
