Prohibits selling or marketing products using the term "wood" unless the decorative surface is made of solid wood or wood veneer originating from a tree

Bans advertising products with wood species names (oak, maple, cherry, pine, walnut, etc.) unless the decorative surface is actually that wood species

Products already in Missouri as of August 28, 2026 that violate these requirements may still be sold if clearly labeled "This product is not made from wood"

No new non-compliant products may enter the state after August 28, 2026

Grants the Department of Agriculture authority to promulgate rules for administering these provisions
