Prohibits public schools, school districts, and third-party entities from selling or disclosing teachers' personally identifiable information for any commercial use, including marketing, solicitation, compiling/selling/renting lists, or developing products and services

Bans the use of teacher data to create individual, household, or group profiles for commercial purposes

Requires that background checks conducted on teachers for work-related travel or student transportation purposes cannot be reported or treated as credit inquiries

Protects teachers' credit scores from being directly or indirectly affected by school-initiated background checks

Adds new section 168.780 to Missouri Revised Statutes Chapter 168
