Adds entities providing foster care case management services or residential services under Chapter 210 (including sections 210.112 or 210.119) to the list of parties eligible for coverage under the State Legal Expense Fund

Coverage extends to the entity itself as well as its members, officers, and employees when providing contracted or subcontracted foster care services

The State Legal Expense Fund pays claims and final judgments against covered state employees, officials, and contractors for conduct arising from official duties

Existing coverage categories remain unchanged, including state agencies, health care providers at correctional facilities and county jails, volunteer physicians at health departments, and pro bono attorneys at nonprofit legal services organizations
