State Board of Education must convene the "Humanity Education Curriculum Framework Work Group" to develop age-appropriate curriculum for grades 6-12 on dehumanization of marginalized groups in Missouri

Curriculum must cover dehumanization of African Americans, immigrant Americans (including German and Irish), Native American tribes (Chickasaw, Delaware, Kanza, Ioway, Otoe-Missouria, Osage, Quapaw, Sac and Fox, Shawnee, Missouri), and victims of human trafficking and sexual assault

Department of Elementary and Secondary Education must conduct a pilot program in 2027-28 and 2028-29 school years with up to 25 school districts or schools

Work group must develop the "Celia Professional Development Program for Teachers," named after Celia, an enslaved woman executed in Missouri in 1855 for defending herself against her enslaver Robert Newsom

Beginning in 2029-30, the curriculum framework and professional development program must be made available to all school districts and charter schools statewide
