Adds Missouri Empowerment Scholarship Accounts Program financial data to the Missouri Accountability Portal, including the full name of each parent whose child received scholarship funds

Requires disclosure of total money awarded from each educational assistance organization to each student, reported both by school year and as a cumulative aggregate amount

Requires disclosure of total money remitted from each student's empowerment scholarship account to each qualified school, reported both by school year and as a cumulative aggregate amount

Educational assistance organizations must submit all required information to the state treasurer by July 1st and January 1st of each year

State treasurer must deliver the information to the office of administration within 48 hours of receipt
