Mandates annual Eddie Eagle Gunsafe firearm safety training for all students in prekindergarten through grade 8

Requires school protection officers to complete POST commission-approved training, hold valid concealed carry permits, and maintain personal control of their firearm at all times on campus, with violations constituting a class B misdemeanor
