Creates a one-time, nonrenewable two-year temporary license for individuals with at least 3 years of work experience in an occupation that required no license in their previous state but requires one in Missouri

Requires applicants to pass the occupation-specific examination and any Missouri law examination, with oversight bodies required to make qualification determinations within 45 days

Disqualifies applicants who have had a license revoked, are under investigation, have pending complaints, or are under disciplinary action; requires U.S. citizenship and proof of Missouri domicile within 90 days

Exempts occupations covered by interstate licensing compacts, certain electrical contractors, occupations with federal compliance requirements, and assistant physicians licensed under chapter 334

Temporary license holders must apply for permanent licensure upon expiration and cannot use the temporary license for interstate compact participation or reciprocity in other states
