Election officers who privately join election-related organizations or programs must publicly disclose their participation on their official website, including the organization's name, nature, foreign donation status, and any resources received

Disclosures must be posted at least 30 days before joining and remain publicly accessible for 180 days after membership ends, with disclosures certified under penalty of perjury

Violations constitute a class B misdemeanor, and any registered Missouri voter may bring a civil action to enforce compliance
