Establishes minimum daily pay for organized militia members on active state duty at the E5 grade level with maximum longevity and dependent allowances, regardless of their actual rank

Requires the state to provide a monthly allowance covering TRICARE or other government-sponsored health insurance premiums for members serving on active state duty for more than 30 days

Maintains existing provision that Missouri National Guard members receive the same pay, longevity, and allowances as equivalent grades in the U.S. Armed Forces, with the new minimums as exceptions

Formally names the section "The Supporting Missouri Servicemen and Women Act"
