Pregnancy status shall not prevent a court from entering a judgment of dissolution of marriage or legal separation in Missouri

Amends Section 452.305 to add explicit language that courts may proceed with divorce or separation regardless of whether the wife is pregnant

Amends Section 452.310 to require the petition disclose whether the wife is pregnant, while clarifying this disclosure cannot be used to delay or block the judgment

Repeals and replaces existing Sections 452.305 and 452.310 of the Missouri Revised Statutes
