Attorney compensation will be paid from the same funds and revenue source used to pay the sheriff

Clarifies that the sheriff's attorney serves at the pleasure of the sheriff and can be terminated at will

Repeals and replaces Section 57.540, RSMo, governing employment of legal counsel for the St. Louis City Sheriff
