Classifies judicial malfeasance as a Class E felony

Requires referral to the Commission on Retirement, Removal, and Discipline for disqualification from judicial duties upon being charged or convicted

Mandates referral to the Commission for removal and suspension by the Missouri Supreme Court upon a guilty plea, no contest plea, or guilty verdict

Defines "prior offender" and "persistent offender" by reference to existing definitions in section 558.016, RSMo
