Amends Missouri's Second Amendment Preservation Act (sections 1.410-1.485) by repealing several provisions and modifying the state's approach to federal firearm law enforcement

Prohibits Missouri and its political subdivisions from assisting federal enforcement of laws involving firearm taxes/fees beyond standard rates, firearm/ammunition registration or tracking, bans on firearm possession by law-abiding citizens, or firearm confiscation

Removes language declaring federal gun laws "invalid" and "rejected" by Missouri, instead framing the restriction as state/local officials lacking "authority to assist" federal enforcement

Maintains $50,000 civil penalty per occurrence against political subdivisions or law enforcement agencies whose officers knowingly violate the Act or deprive citizens of Second Amendment rights

Preserves exceptions allowing Missouri officials to accept federal aid for enforcing Missouri laws and to assist federal prosecution of felony crimes against persons or Class A/B drug felonies when weapons charges are ancillary
