Urges the United States Congress to reinstate mandatory country of origin labeling (COOL) for beef and pork products

Congress passed mandatory COOL for muscle cuts and ground meat in 2008, but repealed it in 2015 following a World Trade Organization case brought by Canada and Mexico

Foreign beef and pork can currently be labeled "Product of the USA" if merely processed or packed in the United States, which the resolution characterizes as misleading

Asserts that technological advancements now allow accurate tracking of meat origins without costly separation of imported and domestic products

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to send copies of the resolution to all members of Missouri's Congressional delegation
