Encourages U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to require health insurers and pharmacy benefit managers to apply patient expenses from TrumpRx and similar platforms toward deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums

Urges health insurers and pharmacy benefit managers to voluntarily count all patient-paid prescription drug costs from direct-purchasing platforms toward cost-sharing requirements

Requests the Missouri Department of Social Services assess the GENEROUS Model (announced November 6, 2025 by CMS) and remove barriers preventing MO HealthNet participation in federally-negotiated supplemental drug rebates

Directs copies of the resolution be sent to Missouri's Congressional delegation, the Director of Social Services, U.S. HHS, and the White House
