Proposes a constitutional amendment (Section 37 to Article I) establishing an "unquestionable right" for individuals to refuse any medical procedure or treatment, including injections, vaccines, or prophylactics

Prohibits the state or any political subdivision—including public schools and publicly-funded higher education institutions—from passing laws, orders, ordinances, regulations, or policies that infringe on this right

Protects individuals from denial or abridgment of equal rights under the law for exercising their right to refuse medical treatment

Preserves parental authority to make physical and mental healthcare decisions for their minor, unemancipated children

Would be submitted to Missouri voters at the November 2026 general election or at a special election called by the governor
