Increases statewide privilege tax for insurance adjusters from $100 to $400 for individuals and from unspecified amount to $400 for incorporated companies, effective April 1, 2011.

Excludes multi-peril crop insurance (MPCI) adjusters from the definition of "adjuster" under Mississippi insurance laws.

Specifies that all privilege licenses under Title 83 become effective on the date of issuance.

Revises continuing education requirements for adjusters and public adjusters: 12 hours for licenses in effect 18 months or less, or 24 hours (including 3 hours on ethics) for licenses in effect more than 18 months.

Changes license expiration terms for individual adjusters and public adjusters to run until the last day of the month of the licensee's birthday in the second year following issuance or renewal, with a minimum 13-month term.
