Authorizes issuance of distinctive motor vehicle license tags displaying "D'Iberville Elementary Warriors" to Mississippi residents who pay an additional $30 fee annually.

Tax collectors retain $2.00 of each $30 fee for the county general fund; remaining $28.00 is remitted monthly to the Department of Revenue.

Department of Revenue distributes collected fees as follows: $24 to D'Iberville Elementary School Parent-Teacher Organization, $1 to Mississippi Burn Care Fund, $2 to State Highway Fund, and $1 to special fund under Section 27-19-44.2.

Replacement tags for lost or stolen distinctive tags cost $10, with tax collectors retaining 5% for county general fund and remainder distributed per the standard distribution formula.

Effective July 1, 2010.
