Designates the segment of Mississippi Highway 161 in Coahoma County from the northern county line to the southern county line as the "Dr. Aaron E. Henry Memorial Highway"

Requires the Mississippi Department of Transportation to erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the designated memorial highway segment

Adds a segment of Old Mississippi 6 in Pontotoc County (extending from the west side to the east side of the City of Pontotoc at its intersections with new four-lane Mississippi 6) to the State Highway System under Mississippi Transportation Commission jurisdiction

Requires the Mississippi Transportation Commission to assume responsibility for construction and maintenance of the Old Mississippi 6 segment once it meets commission standards and all utilities, signs, structures, and encroachments are removed or relocated
