Authorizes airport authorities to enter into contracts for computer equipment and services, telecommunication equipment and services, airline and airline passenger forecasting and studies, and airline schedules.

Permits these contracts to include vendor liability limitations if the limitations are commercially reasonable and provide protection to the airport authority.

Adds new subsection (m) to Section 61-3-15 of the Mississippi Code of 1972, expanding the powers of airport authorities.

Takes effect July 1, 2010.
