Authorizes the Mississippi Department of Finance and Administration to transfer state-owned real property to the Mississippi Transportation Commission at no cost for use by the Mississippi Department of Transportation.

Property is located on North West Street in Jackson, Mississippi (Hinds County), containing 1.638 acres in the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 27, Township 6 North, Range 1 East.

Property boundary begins at the intersection of the north line of Woodrow Wilson Avenue and west line of North West Street, extending north along North West Street for approximately 161.10 feet adjacent to the Mississippi State Highway Department shop site.

Transfer may be subject to terms and conditions mutually agreed upon by the Department of Finance and Administration and the Mississippi Transportation Commission.

Takes effect upon passage.
