Clarifies that nonresident pharmacies delivering prescription drugs into Mississippi must be "permitted by" the board rather than merely "licensed by" the board.

Requires nonresident pharmacies to certify understanding of and agreement to comply with Mississippi pharmacy laws, regulations, and all applicable state and federal laws.

Mandates that the pharmacist-in-charge of a nonresident pharmacy hold a Mississippi pharmacist license, be licensed to practice pharmacy in their home state, and be in good standing with licensing boards in both states.

Maintains existing requirements for nonresident pharmacies including disclosure of corporate officers and pharmacists-in-charge, compliance with inspections, maintenance of retrievable drug records, and provision of toll-free customer service at least 40 hours per week.

Takes effect July 1, 2010.
