Increases monthly supervision fee from $50.00 to $55.00 for offenders on probation, parole, earned-release supervision, post-release supervision, earned probation, or field supervision.

$50.00 of each $55.00 payment deposited into Community Service Revolving Fund for restitution centers, drug identification programs, and intensive supervision operations.

$3.00 of each payment goes to Crime Victims' Compensation Fund and $2.00 goes to Training Revolving Fund.

Offenders must make initial payment within 30 days of release unless granted hardship waiver (limited to 90 days); no payments required beyond 10 years.

Repeals June 30, 2012 and takes effect upon passage.
