School districts with the three lowest accreditation ratings must adopt policies requiring daily homework, daily reading assignments with written comprehension assessments, manuscript and cursive writing instruction, and minimum five vocabulary words per subject weekly.

Students must read minimum one book per subject monthly with written reports, wear school uniforms, and parents must participate in one school support service; teachers must dress professionally without jeans or t-shirts.

School districts may only observe Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Spring Break, and Good Friday holidays with no permanent early release days or staff development during regular school days.

Parent-teacher conferences must be held mid-nine-week term for students not mastering coursework or showing poor citizenship; districts must provide syllabi with homework posted and require parental signature confirming understanding of assignments.

Alternative schools in low-accreditation districts must require eight-hour school days plus Saturday "Attitude Adjustment Day" sessions with community volunteers, and all districts must implement video streaming programs connecting students to U.S. Department of Labor occupational data to develop career-track curricula leading to standard high school diplomas.
