Amends Mississippi Code Section 25-3-35 to allow district attorneys to receive supplemental annual pay up to $8,300.00 per year paid monthly.

Supplemental pay may come from non-state sources including county funds, municipal funds, federal funds, private grants or foundations, or Interlocal Cooperative Agreements.

Supplemental funds may be paid directly from district attorney accounts, transferred to the Department of Finance and Administration, or transferred to counties comprising the circuit court district.

Maintains the base annual salary for full-time district attorneys at $95,796.00.

Requires submission of the act to the Attorney General of the United States or U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia under the Voting Rights Act of 1965.
