Creates the International Wills Act based on the Uniform Law on the Form of an International Will from the Convention of October 26, 1973.

Establishes requirements for valid international wills including execution in writing with testator declaring the document is his will before two witnesses and an authorized person, with signatures placed at the end of the will.

Designates licensed attorneys practicing in Mississippi as authorized persons empowered to supervise execution of international wills and issue certificates of validity.

Requires the Secretary of State to establish a confidential registry system for international wills that keeps testator information private until death, then makes it available to authorized inquirers presenting a death certificate.

Amends Mississippi Code Section 91-5-1 to allow wills to be executed as international wills under this act in addition to existing will execution requirements, effective July 1, 2010.
