Appropriates $8,657,689.00 from the State General Fund and $16,850,655.00 from special funds to the Office of the Attorney General for fiscal year 2011 (July 1, 2010 - June 30, 2011), totaling $25,508,344.00.

Authorizes 116 permanent full-time positions and 172 time-limited full-time positions for the Attorney General's office, with not more than $20,196,990.00 to be expended for salaries, wages, and fringe benefits.

Allows the Attorney General's Office to charge legal fees to state agencies for services, escalate major objects of expenditure up to $1,000,000.00, and increase authorized positions to provide required legal services.

Appropriates $43,723.00 in general funds and $100,000.00 in special funds to the Mississippi Commission on the Status of Women for fiscal year 2011.

Establishes performance measures and targets for the Attorney General's office in areas including litigation, training, opinions, crime victims compensation, and Medicaid fraud enforcement.
