Authorizes the Board of Supervisors of Forrest County to contribute up to $79,350 in county funds during calendar year 2010 to support 13 specified organizations providing community services.

Establishes maximum funding amounts for each organization, including the Hattiesburg Downtown Association, Inc. ($25,000), Pinebelt Association for Community Enhancement ($10,500), AIDS Services Coalition ($10,000), and Pearl River Valley Opportunity ($8,500).

Allocates smaller amounts to youth and community organizations including Boy Scouts of America ($2,500), Girl Scout Council ($2,500), Little League Baseball ($5,000), Petal Optimist Club Baseball ($5,000), and First Tee ($1,000).

Funds may be drawn from any available county funds and are designated to support continuation of existing service programs in education, youth development, social services, and community enhancement.
