Extends the repeal date of Chapter 1019, Local and Private Laws of 1996 (establishing the Hancock County Tourism Development Bureau) from 2012 to July 1, 2015.

Maintains a 2% assessment on gross room rental proceeds from hotels, motels, and similar lodging establishments in Hancock County, with revenue dedicated to tourism promotion.

Preserves the nine-member bureau structure appointed by the Board of Supervisors (4 members), Cities of Bay St. Louis and Waveland (2 members each), and Hancock County Chamber of Commerce (1 member).

Requires the bureau to conduct annual independent audits, submit monthly financial reports to county and city authorities, and develop annual tourism promotion plans.

Authorizes the bureau to apply for grants, accept loans, and contract with state and federal agencies for tourism development in Hancock County.
