Maintains the 1% tax on gross proceeds of sales from restaurants, hotels, and motels within Jackson city limits to fund bureau operations and tourism promotion activities.

Preserves existing provisions for bureau governance, including nine-member board appointments, annual independent audits, and public records transparency requirements.
