Authorizes the Board of Supervisors of Claiborne County to allow the Claiborne County Economic Development District trustees to expend available county treasury funds for economic and industrial development purposes.

Permits expenditure of funds for acquisition, development, and improvement of real estate within Claiborne County to be used for industrial parks or sites.

Grants the economic development district authority to own, maintain, control, and develop real estate; construct internal improvements including streets, roads, railroads, water/sewerage systems, and pollution control facilities; and acquire structures and facilities necessary for industrial park operations.

Authorizes the district trustees to sell, lease, trade, exchange, or otherwise dispose of industrial park sites to individuals, firms, or corporations for industrial, commercial, warehouse, retail, and other uses under terms protecting the public interest.

Takes effect upon passage.
