Reenacts sections 55-15-51 through 55-15-62 of the Mississippi Code to maintain the Mississippi Veterans Monument Commission with seven members, including state officials and appointed veterans from World War II, Korean Conflict, Vietnam Conflict, and Persian Gulf Conflict.

Authorizes the commission to design, construct, and maintain monuments honoring Mississippi veterans, accept donations into the Veterans Monument Trust Fund, and expend up to $7,500 annually for administrative costs.

Establishes a Shiloh Confederate Memorial Trust Fund with a maximum state match of $150,000, allowing the commission to solicit private donations and accept grants for a Confederate memorial at Shiloh National Military Park.

Creates a Congressional Medal of Honor Monument Trust Fund allowing the commission to plan and construct a monument recognizing Mississippi recipients of the Congressional Medal of Honor.

Extends the repeal date of the Mississippi Veterans Monument Commission from July 1, 2010, to July 1, 2013, with the act taking effect July 1, 2010.
