Extends the repeal date of Section 43-19-34 (child support modification procedures) from July 1, 2010 to July 1, 2013.

Extends the repeal date of Section 93-11-71 (judgments for nonpayment of child support) from July 1, 2010 to July 1, 2014.

Maintains existing procedures for stipulated modification agreements, Department of Human Services review and adjustment of support orders every three years, and restrictions on downward retroactive modifications.

Preserves automatic judgment provisions that arise 30 days after child support payments become due, with liens attachable to various assets including government benefits, lottery winnings, financial institution accounts, and retirement funds.

Effective date is July 1, 2010.
