• Maintains licensing and renewal fee schedules, examination requirements, continuing education standards, and sanitation regulations for all cosmetology professions regulated by the board.

• Preserves disciplinary authority including suspension, revocation, fines ($50-$400 depending on violation number), and probation, with appeals available to chancery court.

• Effective July 1, 2010.
