Authorizes issuance of distinctive motor vehicle license tags to Mississippi residents who support Amory High School, subject to payment of all standard vehicle taxes and fees plus an additional $30 fee.

County tax collectors retain $2.00 of each $30 additional fee for the county general fund, with the remaining $28 remitted monthly to the State Tax Commission.

Distributes collected fees as follows: $24 to Quality Education Foundation, Inc.; $1 to Mississippi Burn Care Fund; $2 to State Highway Fund; and $1 to special fund created in Section 27-19-44.2.

Requires owners to surrender regular license tags upon issuance of distinctive tags and applies an annual renewal fee concurrent with the vehicle's license tag year.

Replacement distinctive tags cost $10, with tax collectors retaining 5% for the county general fund and distributing the remainder according to regular tag distribution procedures; effective July 1, 2010.
