Authorizes issuance of distinctive motor vehicle license tags to Mississippi residents who support Lake Cormorant High School, subject to all standard registration fees plus an additional $30 fee.

Tax collectors retain $2.00 from each additional fee for deposit into county general funds; remaining fees are remitted monthly to the Department of Revenue.

Distributes each $30 additional fee as follows: $24 to Lake Cormorant High School general fund, $1 to Mississippi Burn Care Fund, $2 to State Highway Fund, and $1 to special fund under Section 27-19-44.2.

Replacement distinctive license tags cost $10, with tax collectors retaining 5 percent for county general funds and the remainder distributed according to the same distribution formula.

Effective July 1, 2010.
