Adds sales tax exemption for tangible personal property and services sold to Mississippi affiliates of Habitat for Humanity International, Inc.

Exemption is codified as section (cc) in Mississippi Code Section 27-65-111, which lists all non-industrial, non-agricultural, and non-governmental sales tax exemptions.

Does not affect any tax claims, assessments, appeals, or lawsuits for taxes accrued before the effective date of the legislation.

Effective date is July 1, 2010.
