Authorizes issuance of distinctive license tags displaying "Experience Aberdeen" to Mississippi residents who support the Aberdeen Main Street Association upon payment of regular vehicle taxes and fees plus a $30 additional annual fee.

Tax collectors retain $2 of each fee for the county general fund, while remaining $28 is remitted monthly to the Department of Revenue.

Each $30 fee is distributed as follows: $24 to the Aberdeen Main Street Association, $1 to the Mississippi Burn Care Fund, $2 to the State Highway Fund, and $1 to the special fund created in Section 27-19-44.2.

Replacement tags cost $10, with the tax collector retaining 5% for the county general fund and the remainder distributed under the same formula as original tags.

Takes effect July 1, 2010.
