Amends Mississippi Code Section 27-65-111 to add hearing aids to the list of items exempt from state sales taxation.

Exempts retail sales of hearing aids from sales tax effective July 1, 2010.

Does not affect any tax claims, assessments, or appeals for taxes accrued before the effective date.
